† How To Set Helpdesk Timestamp To Display Time In User's Time Zone
Helpdesk timestamp is defaulted to GMT. To set it in your time zone,
please follow below instructions:
1. Login to your account.
2. On the box to the right, click on My Account link.
3. On My Account page, click on the Modify Account button.
4. From the dropdown list, choose your desired time zone.
*To see your time zone's equivalent to GMT, please refer here:

5. And lastly, click on UPDATE ACCOUNT button.
